• 1 (15 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, do not drain .
• 1 tsp baking powder .
• 2 c grated carrots .
• 3 eggs .
• 1 tsp baking soda .
• 1 1/2 c oil .
• 2 c sugar .
• 2 1/2 c flour .
• 1 c nuts

• Step #1 Mix everything together & pour this into a 13x9 inch pan.
• Step #2 Bake at 350 for 50 mins to 1 hr.
• Step #3 Done when a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Step #4 Frost with cream cheese frosting.
