Crab Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c shredded swiss cheese .
  • 1 (9 inch) pastry crust .
  • 1 (6 oz) package frozen crabmeat, thawed & drained .
  • 1/3 c sliced green onions .
  • 2 eggs, beaten .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour .
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise

Directions
  • Step #1 Trim excess pastry around edges.
  • Step #2 Prick bottom & sides of pastry with fork.
  • Step #3 Bake at 400F for 3 mins; remove this from oven & carefully prick with fork.
  • Step #4 Bake an extra 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Combine eggs, mayonnaise, flour, & milk; mix thoroughly.
  • Step #6 Stir in crab meat, cheese, & green onions.
  • Step #7 Spoon mixture into pastry shell.
  • Step #8 Bake at 350F for 30 mins or until set.
  • Step #9 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
