Ingredients
  • 3/4 c confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c finely sliced pecans
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 3/4 c miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsps brown sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese & butter until smooth.
  • Step #2 Mix in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar & vanilla.
  • Step #3 Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step #4 Cover, & chill in the refrigerator for 2 hrs.
  • Step #5 Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball.
  • Step #6 Wrap with plastic, & chill in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
  • Step #7 Roll the cheese ball in finely sliced pecans before serving.
