Eggnog Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps sugar .
  • 2 c espresso .
  • 3 tbsps sugar .
  • 5 3/8 oz mascarpone or cream cheese .
  • 3 tbsps harveys bristol cream sherry .
  • 2 oz marsala .
  • 1/2 c warm water .
  • 7 oz eggnog .
  • 3 tbsps sweetened powdered cocoa mix .
  • 1 egg yolk .
  • 24 french-style ladyfinger cookies

Directions
  • Step #1 Step One - Prepare Cream Mixture:.
  • Step #2 In an electric mixer, whip sugar & egg yolk on high speed until pale yellow & thick.
  • Step #3 With mixer on medium speed add mascarpone or cream cheese & whip until smooth.
  • Step #4 Add 1 oz Marsala & mix until incorporated.
  • Step #5 Fold in eggnog.
  • Step #6 Refrigerate.
  • Step #7 Step Two - Prepare Espresso Mixture:.
  • Step #8 Combine espresso, extra 1 oz Marsala, sugar, & warm water.
  • Step #9 Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  • Step #10 Step Three:.
  • Step #11 To assemble, dip ladyfingers in espresso mixture.
  • Step #12 Layer dipped ladyfingers on botton of serving platter.
  • Step #13 Top with one layer of cream mixture.
  • Step #14 Add another layer of ladyfinger, topped with a second layer of cream mixture.
  • Step #15 Sift cocoa over top.
