- 1 egg .
- 1/2 tsp baking soda .
- 2 tsps baking powder .
- 1 c oatmeal .
- 1 c buttermilk .
- 1/2 c brown sugar .
- 1/2 c oil .
- 1 c flour
Directions
- Step #1 Soak oatmeal & buttermilk for 1 hr.
- Step #2 Add egg & beat well.
- Step #3 Add sugar & oil.
- Step #4 beat well.
- Step #5 Stir in dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Step #6 Bake 15-20 min at 400°F.
