Gnocchis Recipe

Ingredients
  • green salad .
  • vegetable stock .
  • 200 g quinoa .
  • salt .
  • fresh ground black pepper (optional) .
  • To serve .
  • 80 g corn semolina .
  • tomato sauce or cheese sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat the vegetable stock & pour onto the quinoa flakes.
  • Step #2 Cover up, & leave to swell for about 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Add the corn semolina & seasoning.
  • Step #4 Knead until the mixture becomes homogenous.
  • Step #5 Form into gnocchis by shaping the 'dough' into a long roll, cutting it into little sections, then rolling between the palm of your hands.
  • Step #6 For Vegan omit the cheese sauce or use a Vegan "cheese" sauce.
