Ingredients
  • 1 quart club soda .
  • sweetened whipped cream or prepared whipped topping, as desired .
  • 8 tsps ground coffee (finely ground to powder) .
  • 1/2 c hot water .
  • 4 scoops chocolate ice cream .
  • 2 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Place very hot water in a med-sized pitcher & stir in the coffee (finely ground to a powder texture) until dissolved.
  • Step #2 Stir in milk.
  • Step #3 Place 1 scoop of ice cream in each of 4 ice cream soda glasses.
  • Step #4 Pour coffee/milk mixture equally into each glass.
  • Step #5 Fill glasses almost to brim w/club soda.
  • Step #6 Top w/sweetened whipping cream or prepared whipped topping.
