Captain Cocktail's Tailgate Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps chili powder .
  • 1/4 c lemon juice .
  • 4 baby back rib racks .
  • 3 tbsps worcestershire sauce .
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can chicken broth .
  • 3 tbsps Dijon mustard .
  • 3/4 c water .
  • 3 tbsps molasses .
  • 3 tsps of minced garlic .
  • 3/4 c cider vinegar .
  • 1/2 c brown sugar, packed .
  • 3 tsps smoked paprika .
  • 3 c ketchup

Directions
  • Step #1 Place ribs & chicken broth in large enough pot & cover with water.
  • Step #2 Cook ribs over med-heat/flame for 60 mins.
  • Step #3 In saucepan, mix all remaining ingredients over med-heat/flame(do not boil) for about 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Cool to room temperture.
  • Step #5 Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step #6 Place the ribs meaty side up in baking pan & cover with with 3 c of sauce.
  • Step #7 Bake for half hr basting with remaing sauce & then bake an extra 15 mins.
  • Step #8 Serve & enjoy.
