Step #1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Spice up chicken with salt.
Step #3 In a small skillet or saucepan, saute butter, garlic, mustard, & wine together for 3 to 4 mins over medium low heat; spread mixture over chicken.
Step #4 Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish or bowl & dredge chicken in crumbs, leaving skins on.
Step #5 Place coated chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step #6 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hr or until chicken is cooked through & juices run clear.
