Tuna And Whole Wheat Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c milk .
  • 16 oz whole wheat pasta .
  • 1 tbsp flour .
  • 1 medium onion .
  • dill weed, to taste .
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 1/2 red bell pepper .
  • 6 oz mushrooms .
  • 3 stalks celery .
  • 16 oz tuna in water, don't drain .
  • salt & pepper, to taste .
  • 6 scallions .
  • 1/2 c chicken broth

Directions
  • Step #1 cook pasta separately.
  • Step #2 saute veggies & add tuna when they're soft.
  • Step #3 add drained pasta.
  • Step #4 stir flour into milk & add to pan.
  • Step #5 If it thickens too much, add some chicken broth.
  • Step #6 Add red pepper flakes to taste for a little spicier dish.
