Directions
- Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F generously spray 8 individual-size ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.
- Step #2 Divide chilies among ramekins.
- Step #3 Sprinkle top with cheese & ham.
- Step #4 Blend eggs, cream, salt & pepper in a mixer.
- Step #5 Divide egg mixture among ramekins, filling ramekins almost to the top.
- Step #6 Bake for 35-40 mins.
- Step #7 Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream & tomatoes.
