Lemon-pepper Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c butter .
  • 6 lemons, cut in half .
  • 2-3 tsps hot sauce .
  • 3 lbs unpeeled large raw shrimp .
  • 1/2 c worcestershire sauce .
  • French bread .
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced .
  • 1/2 c lemon juice .
  • 3 stalks celery & leaves, coarsely sliced .
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz) jar cracked black pepper .
  • 1 tbsp salt .
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Place shrimp in a 13-x9-inch pan.
  • Step #2 Add celery, garlic, & onion.
  • Step #3 Squeeze lemons over shrimp; add squeezed lemon halves to pan.
  • Step #4 Melt butter in a small saucepan, stir in the pepper & next 4 ingredients.
  • Step #5 Pour mixture over shrimp in pan.
  • Step #6 Bake uncovered at 400F for 25 to 28 mins or until shrimp are done, stirring several times.
  • Step #7 Serve with French Bread to sop up juices.
