Coleslaw Crunch Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c sunflower seeds .
  • 1/2 c vinegar .
  • 1 c oil .
  • 1 lb cabbage coleslaw mix .
  • 1 bunch scallions (sliced(green part too) .
  • SALAD .
  • 1/2 c sugar .
  • 2 (3 oz) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles (reserve seasoning packets for dressing) .
  • 2 (5 oz) packages sliced almonds .
  • DRESSING (use reserved 2 beef ramen seasoning packets)

Directions
  • Step #1 Early in the day mix up, & then put in the fridge till ready to serve, put in a jar, the ingredients for the dressing.
  • Step #2 When ready to serve put the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl being sure to crush the ramen noodles into pieces in the package; (the beef packet has already gone into the dressing mix.
  • Step #3 When you are ready to eat, mix all together with the dressing.
