Blueberry Brunch Bake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened .
  • 1/3 c sour cream .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1 1/2 c blueberries .
  • 1/2 c milk .
  • 1/3 c maple syrup .
  • 1/2 c plain yogurt .
  • 8 eggs .
  • 1 loaf day-old French bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes .
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
  • Step #1 Place half the bread cubes in a greased 13x9x2 pan.
  • Step #2 Sprinkle top with blueberries.
  • Step #3 In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step #4 Beat in the eggs, yogurt, sour cream, vanilla & cinnamon.
  • Step #5 Gradually add milk & syrup until mixed.
  • Step #6 Pour half over the bread & blueberries.
  • Step #7 Top with the remaining bread.
  • Step #8 Top with the rest of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #9 Cover up & put in the fridge overnight.
  • Step #10 Remove from the refrigerator 30 mins before baking.
  • Step #11 Cover up & bake this at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
  • Step #12 Uncover & bake 20-25 mins longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Step #13 Let stand for 5 mins before serving.
  • Step #14 Serve with more syrup.
