Salsa With A Different Twist Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz) can black beans, rinsed & drained .
1 (4 oz) can sliced black olives .
1 (4 oz) jar green olives (sliced) .
1 (16 oz) can artichoke hearts (drained & sliced, reserve liquid) .
1/4 tsp curry (I use more, I love the smoky tastes it gives this dip) .
1/2 c mayonnaise .
1/4 tsp garlic powder (again, more it you like) .
sauce (use reserved artichoke juice or 1/2 c italian dressing instead) .
3 roma tomatoes

Directions

Step #1 Put all ingredients in a bowl & mix.
Step #2 Make the sauce in a separate bowl by adding the mayonnaise, curry & garlic.
Step #3 I then start to add the artichoke juice until I get the consistency I want, usually it's kinda thin.
Step #4 Then taste sauce & add extra curry & garlic & salt if needed.
Step #5 Then mix with the tomatoes, olives, beans & artichoke hearts & put in the fridge until all flavors are mixed.
Step #6 I like to serve this with tortilla scoops or large Fritos.
