• 1/2 c unsalted butter, softened (1 stick) .
• 1 lemon, zest of .
• 1 orange, zest of .
• 2 tbsps Grand Marnier, orange liquor (optional) .
• 2 tsps sugar

• Step #1 Blanch the zest of the orange & lemon, then chop finely.
• Step #2 Mix all ingredients together until well-mixd.
