Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp vinegar .
  • 2 dried red chilies .
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice .
  • 2 garlic cloves .
  • 2 tbsps fish sauce .
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Directions
  • Step #1 Mince chilies & garlic finely & place this in a mortar.
  • Step #2 Mash with the heel of a cleaver or pestle.
  • Step #3 Add sugar & stir until it dissolves.
  • Step #4 Add fish sauce, vinegar & lemon juice, stirring between each addition.
