Ingredients
  • 1/4 c onions, grated .
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten .
  • 1/2 tsp sage .
  • 2/3 c breadcrumbs, dry .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 1 tsp salt .
  • 1/8 tsp pepper .
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef

Directions
  • Step #1 Soak bread crumbs in milk.
  • Step #2 Combine ground beef, eggs, onions, salt, pepper & sage.
  • Step #3 Mix crumbs & beef mix well.
  • Step #4 Bake in 8x8 or 9x9 pan at 350 degrees for one hr.
  • Step #5 Drain well.
  • Step #6 Add favorite mashed potato recipe on top of meatloaf.
  • Step #7 Return to oven for 10-15 mins our until heated good.
