• 2-3 tsps herbes de provence, approximately .
• 2-3 tbsps fresh parmesan cheese, grated (don't use the dried stuff) .
• 3 tomatoes, cut into 3/8 inch slices (do not use ends) .
• 1/4 c parsley, finely sliced (I use flat leaf parlsey) .
• salt & pepper, to taste .
• 1 tbsp olive oil, approximately for brushing on tomatoes

• Step #1 Prepare broiler.
• Step #2 Place tomato slices on broiler pan.
• Step #3 Brush slices with oil, pepper, & sprinkle with Herbes, salt, cheese & parsley.
• Step #4 Broil until warmed through, about 3 mins.
• Step #5 Serve as soon as possible.
