Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c white sugar .
  • 250 g butter .
  • 4 eggs .
  • 1 c flour .
  • 1 c cocoa

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt the butter on a low heat.
  • Step #2 Once the butter is melted, take it off the heat.
  • Step #3 Add the sugar & cocoa & mix until smooth (I’m lazy, so I usually use an electric mixer for this).
  • Step #4 Add the eggs & flour slowly, continuing to mix as you do so.
  • Step #5 Once everything is added in & the mixture is smooth, transfer it to a medium sized greased baking tray.
  • Step #6 Bake at around 180C (a little on the low side of this perhaps) for 20-30 mins.
  • Step #7 Rather than relying on timing, the brownies are cooked when a sharp knife poked into the middle comes out clean.
