- 1 1/4 c water .
- 1 1/4 tsps yeast .
- 2 tsps sugar .
- 1 1/4 tsps salt .
- 3 1/2 c flour
Directions
- Step #1 Layer ingredients in order givn in a bread machine.
- Step #2 Select dough cycle & start.
- Step #3 Remove from bread machine & let rest 10 mins.
- Step #4 Divide into 12 equal portions & then shape into long ropes.
- Step #5 Let rise for 45 mins.
- Step #6 Bake at 400F degrees for 15 - 20 mins.
- Step #7 To freeze: let cool, pack into a labeled ziploc bag & freeze.
- Step #8 To serve remove this from bag, cover & let come to about room temp or warm slightly in oven or microwave.
