Step #1 In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese & 1-1/4 c of sugar.
Step #2 Beat in eggs & vanilla.
Step #3 Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Step #4 Stir in chocolate chips.
Step #5 Pour into a greased 9-in.
Step #6 springform pan.
Step #7 Combine the pecans, cinnamon & remaining sugar; sprinkle it over batter.
Step #8 Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step #9 Cool for 15 mins.
Step #10 Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen.
Step #11 Remove sides of pan.
Step #12 Cool completely before cutting.
