- 2 tbsps fresh cilantro, finely sliced .
- 2 oz sesame seeds .
- 1 oz water .
- 1 tsp ground ginger .
- olive oil, to coat pan .
- 1 tsp fresh garlic, minced I presume .
- 2 oz sesame seed oil .
- 1 oz soy sauce .
- cornstarch, for dredging
Directions
- Step #1 Dredge fish in cornstarch to coat.
- Step #2 Heat the olive oil to hot, in an appropriate sized pan, & cook (fry) the fish until just done, about 2-3 mins.
- Step #3 Remove fish from pan & set aside.
- Step #4 Heat sesame oil in the pan until steaming.
- Step #5 Add ginger & garlic.
- Step #6 Apply this mixture over fish.
- Step #7 Combine the soy sauce & water & pour over the fish.
- Step #8 Now add the cilantro on top & then the sesame seeds (I like toast seeds for a nice flavor).
