Pan-fried Red Snapper Fillet With C

Ingredients
1 (6 oz) red snapper fillets .
2 tbsps fresh cilantro, finely sliced .
2 oz sesame seeds .
1 oz water .
1 tsp ground ginger .
olive oil, to coat pan .
1 tsp fresh garlic, minced I presume .
2 oz sesame seed oil .
1 oz soy sauce .
cornstarch, for dredging
Directions
Step #1 Dredge fish in cornstarch to coat.
Step #2 Heat the olive oil to hot, in an appropriate sized pan, & cook (fry) the fish until just done, about 2-3 mins.
Step #3 Remove fish from pan & set aside.
Step #4 Heat sesame oil in the pan until steaming.
Step #5 Add ginger & garlic.
Step #6 Apply this mixture over fish.
Step #7 Combine the soy sauce & water & pour over the fish.
Step #8 Now add the cilantro on top & then the sesame seeds (I like toast seeds for a nice flavor).
