Step #1 Mix the lemon juice with he yogurt, salt, 1 clove of garlic & the ginger.
Step #2 Add the meat stir this to coat the meat & set aside to marinate overnight.
Step #3 Heat the oil In a large-ish pan & fry the cumin seeds till they start to pop,add the bay leaves & cardamom & cook for 2 mins.
Step #4 Add the onion & the other garlic clove & cook for 2 mins.
Step #5 Add the lamb & it's marinade & cook for 5 mins.
Step #6 Add the tomatoes & tomato puree with 1/4 pint water, stir.
Step #7 Bring to the boil, lower the heat & let simmer till neat is tender.
Step #8 Serve with cumin rice.
