Fran's Fridge Banana Split Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c powdered sugar .
  • Crust .
  • 1 1/2 c flour .
  • 1/4 c margarine .
  • 3/4 c crushed nuts .
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained .
  • 1/2 c margarine (softened) .
  • 3/4 c brown sugar .
  • 2 c whipped cream .
  • 3-4 bananas .
  • 1 c margarine .
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Crust: Mix margarine, brown sugar, nuts & flour.
  • Step #2 Press into a 9x13 inch cake pan.
  • Step #3 Bake at 350* for 10 min Crumble & let cool.
  • Step #4 When it is cool add ¼ c margarine & then press back into the pan.
  • Step #5 Layer 1: Mix eggs, margarine & powdered sugar, beat for 10-15 mins spread over the crust.
  • Step #6 Layer 2: slice the bananas & layer over layer 1.
  • Step #7 Layer 3: spread pineapple.
  • Step #8 Layer 4: top this with whipped cream Refrigerate & serve.
