Garden Herb Quiche- Homemade Gourmet Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 tbsps homemade gourmet garden herb seasoning mix .
  • 1 dash pepper .
  • 5 eggs .
  • 1 lb pork sausage, cooked & crumbled .
  • 1 c shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions .
  • 1 c milk .
  • 2 frozen 9-inch pie shells .
  • 1 c sliced fresh roma tomatoes

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°F Combine all ingredients in a bowl & pour this into pie crusts.
  • Step #2 (Crusts will be very full).
  • Step #3 Bake uncovered for 50 mins or until puffed up in the middle & firm all the way to center.
  • Step #4 You may freeze one quiche for later.
  • Step #5 Cover up with plastic wrap & then aluminum foil wrap.
  • Step #6 It freezes well cooked or uncooked.
  • Step #7 To reheat a cooked quiche, thaw, then bake for 20 mintues at 350.
