Cranberry Maple Conserve Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c maple syrup .
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup (extra) .
  • 1/2 c pecans, finely sliced .
  • 3 tbsps granulated sugar .
  • 12 oz bag cranberries, rinsed, picked over .
  • 1 medium pear, ripe, peeled, quartered

Directions
  • Step #1 In food processor/blender, process first 4 ingredients until coarsely sliced [More sugar can be added if desired].
  • Step #2 Transfer to bowl, then stir in the pecans.
  • Step #3 Cover up & chill at least 4 hrs in refrigerator.
  • Step #4 Remove from frig 1 hr before serving.
