  • 700 g Brussels sprouts .
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced .
  • 75 g butter, softened .
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed .
  • 75 g roasted cashew nuts .
  • 1/8 tsp dried red chilies .
  • 1 lemon, juice & zest of

Directions
  • Step #1 Place lemon zest & juice in a small bowl with garlic, butter, & chili.
  • Step #2 Stir to mix.
  • Step #3 Trim sprouts & cook In a large-ish pan of boiling water until tender (about 10 mins).
  • Step #4 Drain & return to pan.
  • Step #5 Add butter, nuts & spring onions.
  • Step #6 Stir well; season this with salt & pepper & serve.
