Ingredients
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 (14.5 oz) package corn tortilla chips
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 4 onions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp chili sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, melt butter & saute onions & bell peppers.
  • Step #2 Saute until the onions are transparent.
  • Step #3 Add salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Gently mix in cream cheese & chili sauce.
  • Step #5 Cook on a low heat for 15 mins.
  • Step #6 Serve warm with chips for dipping.
