Boneless Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts .
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt .
  • 1 tbsp black pepper .
  • 1/2 c butter .
  • 2 tbsps all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 Mix the flour, pepper, & seasoning salt in a bowl.
  • Step #2 If you like a thicker batter or if you have more chicken, add a little more than is called for.
  • Step #3 Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #4 Coat both sides of the chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
  • Step #5 Fry the chicken breasts in the skillet until they are cooked through & browned on both sides.
  • Step #6 You can tell when they're getting crispy by the dark brown colour the batter takes on.
  • Step #7 This takes about 7 mins per side for one breast.
  • Step #8 Drain chicken on paper towels if desired.
  • Step #9 It helps suck up some of the grease from frying.
  • Step #10 *Note* Cooking time is based on 7 mins per side, times four breasts.
