Chicken Provolone Recipe

Ingredients
  • 10 3/4 fluid oz white wine
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1 (16 oz) package herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 4 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 2 (10.75 oz) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Arrange chicken breast halves in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Step #3 Top each breast half with a half slice of Provolone cheese.
  • Step #4 In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken soup & white wine.
  • Step #5 Pour over the chicken.
  • Step #6 In a separate medium bowl, mix the butter & stuffing mix.
  • Step #7 Top the chicken with the stuffing mixture.
  • Step #8 Bake 30 mins in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink & juices run clear.
