Chocolate Peach Dessert Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk .
  • 1 pint whipping cream .
  • 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature .
  • 1/2 c cocoa .
  • 2 tbsps unsalted butter .
  • 11 oz loaf lbcake, 12 slices .
  • 1 (29 oz) can canned peaches, sliced, drained, sliced, reserve 5 slices .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract .
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions
  • Step #1 In heavy saucepan, & cook over low heat/flame, stirring every once in awhile, mix condensed milk & butter, just until butter melts.
  • Step #2 In large mixer bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla & almond extracts, beating until fluffy.
  • Step #3 Gradually add condensed milk mixture, beating until smooth.
  • Step #4 Add cocoa & beat well, then put in the fridge 5 mins.
  • Step #5 Beat whipping cream until stiff.
  • Step #6 Gradually fold the stiff cream into chocolate mixture.
  • Step #7 Fold in sliced peaches.
  • Step #8 Line bottom & sides of a glass bowl with cake slices neatly positioned, then spoon in chocolate mixture.
  • Step #9 Refrigerate 5-6 hrs, then garnish with reserved peach slices & serve.
