Step #1 To make the cherry sauce, bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan.
Step #2 Add as much sugar as will dissolve into the water, then add the Amaretto & lemon juice.
Step #3 Just before it starts to boil, add the cherries, & stir it over a high heat until the liquid takes on the color of the cherries.
Step #4 Reduce the heat, & let simmer until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Step #5 Place the mixture in a small bowl, cover tightly, & place this in the fridge.
Step #6 To make the coffee cream, & coffee in a bowl, simply mix the cheese, Kahlua, & stir until the mixture is uniform in color.
Step #7 Add sugar to taste, if necessary.
Step #8 Once the cherry sauce has cooled, with the biscuit crumbs on the bottom, cherry sauce in the middle, arrange the three components in layers in a martini glass, & coffee cream on top.
Step #9 Refridgerate until the coffee cream is firm.
Step #10 Decorate with powdered sugar, & place a cherry on top.
