Corned Beef Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced onion
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • Assorted crackers
  • 2 (2.5 oz) packages deli corned beef

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step #2 Add the onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper & hot pepper sauce; mix well.
  • Step #3 Place two slices of corned beef on waxed paper.
  • Step #4 Spread 2 tsps cream cheese mixture over each slice.
  • Step #5 Stack one slice of corned beef on top of the other.
  • Step #6 Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Step #7 Repeat with remaining beef & cream cheese mixture.
  • Step #8 Refrigerate for at least 1 hr or until firm.
  • Step #9 Cut into 1-in.
  • Step #10 slices.
  • Step #11 Serve on crackers.
