Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 c broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • 1 c water
  • 1 c thinly sliced carrots
  • 4 (4 oz) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 tbsps cornstarch
  • 3 tbsps cooking oil, divided
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 small onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 c sliced celery (1/2 inch pieces)

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut chicken into 1/2-in.
  • Step #2 strips; place this in a resealable plastic bag.
  • Step #3 Add cornstarch & toss to coat.
  • Step #4 Combine soy sauce, ginger & garlic powder; add to bag & shake well.
  • Step #5 Refrigerate for 30 mins.
  • Step #6 In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tbsps of oil; stir-fry chicken until no longer pink, about 3-5 mins.
  • Step #7 Remove & keep warm.
  • Step #8 Add remaining oil; stir- fry broccoli, celery, carrots & onion for 4-5 mins or until crisp-tender.
  • Step #9 Add water & bouillon.
  • Step #10 Return chicken to pan.
  • Step #11 Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly.
