Ingredients
  • 2 c milk .
  • 4 c hot mashed potatoes .
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt .
  • 1/4 tsp paprika .
  • 3/4 lb ground beef .
  • 1/4 c flour .
  • 4 c cabbage, sliced .
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large saucepan, cook beef & onion until cooked & onion is tender.
  • Step #2 Drain.
  • Step #3 Add cabbage; cook & stir for 2 min Sprinkle top with flour, salt & paprika; mix well.
  • Step #4 Gradually add milk.
  • Step #5 Bring to a boil; boil & stir for 2 min Reduce heat; cover & let simmer for 10-12 min or until the cabbage is tender.
  • Step #6 Serve over prepared hot mashed potatoes.
