Corn & Sausage Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb smoked link sausage .
  • 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of potato soup .
  • 2 c shredded cheddar cheese .
  • 16 oz creamed corn .
  • 4 tbsps butter .
  • 2 tbsps flour .
  • 1 quart milk

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large sauce pan melt butter, stir in the the flour & mix thoroughly.
  • Step #2 Cut the sausage into 1/4" slices & add to the sauce pan.
  • Step #3 Cook over med-heat/flame for 5 mins.
  • Step #4 Add the corn & potato soup.
  • Step #5 Stir in the milk & cheese.
  • Step #6 Turn back to a low heat & let simmer for 35 mins.
  • Step #7 Stir every once in awhile.
