Grilled Salmon With Black Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil .
  • 1 tsp chili powder .
  • 1 c English seedless cucumbers .
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder .
  • 1 pinch pepper .
  • 1 c corn .
  • 1 (8 oz) can black beans .
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • 1/4 c orange juice .
  • 1 pinch salt .
  • 3/4 lb salmon fillets .
  • 1 small vidalia onions .
  • 1/4 c soy sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine orange juice, garlic powder, honey, soy sauce, & oil.
  • Step #2 Salt & pepper the fish & marinate in mixture for 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Spray indoor grill pan with non stick spray & cook fish skin up first, for 5 mins until browned on top.
  • Step #4 Flip with skin down & continue cooking about 8 more mins or until cooked through.
  • Step #5 Meanwhile in a skillet, salt, cook onion, & chili powder on high until softened & golden brown.
  • Step #6 Add black beans, corn, & then sliced cucumber last.
  • Step #7 Plate bean salad on dish with salmon on top.
