Step #1 mix dry ingredients together in large bowl, mix well(i use my hands) dough should be soft & pliable, add 1 1/2 c hot water, cover with plastic wrap & let sit for at least an hr.
Step #2 form dough into small balls & pat out on floured surface.
Step #3 in hot oil fry bread on both sides til nice & golden brown.
Step #4 ( a cast iron skillet is best for the frying, but any heavy duty skillet will work).
Step #5 top fry bread with chili, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, onions, & any other taco ingredient that you like.
