Easy Chicken Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sesame ginger salad dressing .
  • 4 c white rice, cooked .
  • 1 tbsp honey .
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce .
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips .
  • 2 tsps oil .
  • 1/4 c peanuts, sliced .
  • 3 c stir fry vegetables, thawed

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Step #2 Add chicken; cook & stir 7 min or until no longer pink.
  • Step #3 Add vegetables, dressing, soy sauce & honey; mix well.
  • Step #4 Cook an extra 2 min or until heated through.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with peanuts.
  • Step #6 Serve over the rice.
