Olive Oil Bread Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 g salt .
  • 10 g active dry yeast .
  • 4 g white sugar .
  • 60 ml olive oil .
  • 120 ml warm water .
  • 310 g all-purpose flour

Directions
  • Step #1 In a large bowl mix together the warm water, yeast, salt, sugar, & olive oil.
  • Step #2 Stir in 2 c of the flour in order to make a soft ball.
  • Step #3 Knead in extra flour so that dough is soft & not sticky.
  • Step #4 Place kneaded dough in a medium size greased bowl.
  • Step #5 Cover up & let rise until doubled in size.
  • Step #6 Punch down dough, & form into ball or loaf shape.
  • Step #7 Place onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Step #8 Cover up & let rise for 15 to 20 mins.
  • Step #9 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Step #10 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 mins, until golden brown.
