Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp dark rum .
  • 1/4 pint half-and-half .
  • 4 oz dark chocolate .
  • 1 fresh pineapple, skinned & cored

Directions
  • Step #1 Slice the pineapple & cut into chunks.
  • Step #2 In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate & cream carefully until the chocolate has melted.
  • Step #3 Stir in the rum.
  • Step #4 Serve at once, dipping the pineapple into the warm sauce.
