White Chip Chocolate Cookies (toll House) Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2/3 c baking cocoa .
  • 3/4 c granulated sugar .
  • 1/4 tsp salt .
  • 1 c butter or margarine, softened .
  • 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour .
  • 2 c white chocolate chips .
  • 1 tsp baking soda .
  • 2 large eggs .
  • 2/3 c brown sugar, packed .
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step #2 Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, & salt in a small bowl.
  • Step #3 Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, & vanilla extract in large mixing bowl with an electric mixer.
  • Step #4 Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Step #5 Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  • Step #6 Stir in white chocolate chips.
  • Step #7 Drop by well-rounded tsps (I did tbsp measures & got 48 cookies) onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Step #8 Bake for 9-11 mins.
  • Step #9 Let cool on baking sheets for 2 mins.
  • Step #10 Transfer to wire racks & let cool completely.
