Step #1
To Marinate: In a medium nonporous glass dish or bowl mix the soy sauce, chicken broth, sesame oil, olive oil, sesame seeds, chile peppers & basil.
Step #2 Mix well & add chicken.
Step #3 Turn to coat, cover dish or bowl & put in the fridge to marinate for up to 24 hrs.
Step #4 Preheat grill to high heat with the grate set 6 inches from the heat source, & lightly oil grate.
Step #5 Remove chicken from dish, discarding any leftover marinade.
Step #6 Grill chicken over high heat for 7 mins per side or until cooked through & no longer pink inside.
