Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake Recipe

Ingredients
  • 6 tbsps butter
  • 1/2 c vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c water
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 (18.25 oz) package devil's food cake mix
  • 1 (3.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Grease & flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  • Step #3 In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, milk, oil, sour cream, water & eggs.
  • Step #4 Beat for 4 mins, then mix in 2 c chocolate chips.
  • Step #5 Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Step #6 Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 mins, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  • Step #7 Cool 10 mins in the pan, then turn out onto a wire rack & cool completely.
  • Step #8 To make the glaze: Melt the butter & 1 c chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave oven.
  • Step #9 Stir until smooth & drizzle over cake.
