Chocolate Zucchini Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c cocoa .
1/2 c milk .
3 eggs .
1 tsp salt .
1 c raisins .
2 c peeled & grated zucchini .
1 c brown sugar .
2 1/2 c flour .
2 tsps vanilla .
2 1/2 tsps baking powder .
1 1/2 tsps baking soda .
2 tsps cinnamon .
1 c white sugar .
3/4 c oil

Directions

Step #1 Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
Step #2 Beat eggs in another bowl.
Step #3 Add the sugar & vanilla- beat well.
Step #4 Add oil & beat.
Step #5 Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Step #6 Stir in raisins & zucchini.
Step #7 Pour batter into greased tube pan.
Step #8 Bake 350 for 1 hrs.
Step #9 Serve with caramel sauce or ice cream.
