Step #3 It's easier if you measure the sugar before the peanut butter.
Step #4 Take a small icecream scoop (a tbsp seems to work better for me) & scoop the dough onto a cookie sheet.
Step #5 If you want, make criss-crossing marks on the top this with a fork.
Step #6 Bake for 12-15 min (I usually have to bake longer) until the edges are just turning a darker brown (once you can see a slight change in color on the outside of the cookie, like the area where the tine marks from the fork are, or on any thinner part, the cookies are done).
Step #7 Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for a min & then move them to a cooling rack to cool completely (if you don't let them sit on the cookie sheet they will break apart when you move them & you will end up with a pile of cookie crumbs!).
