Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step #2 Coat pan with vegetable oil spray.
Step #3 In a medium bowl, cream together sugar, brown sugar, egg whites, vegetable oil, & vanilla with an electric mixer.
Step #4 Sift together the flour, baking powder, & salt; stir in theto the creamed mixture.
Step #5 With a wooden spoon, stir in the the quick cooking oats & chocolate chips.
Step #6 Drop dough by level tbspfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Step #7 Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 mins.
Step #8 Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.
