- 2 heads cauliflower
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
Directions
- Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Step #2 Lightly grease one 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Step #3 Break cauliflower into florets, place this in large covered saucepan & steam until tender.
- Step #4 Place cauliflower in casserole dish; carefully stir in the sour cream & cheese.
- Step #5 In a saute pan over med-heat/flame, melt butter; add bread crumbs & evenly coat.
- Step #6 Sprinkle top bread crumbs over cauliflower mixture & bake for 25 to 30 mins.
