• 4 celery ribs, sliced
• 2 c cubed, cooked chicken
• 1 (6 oz) package chow mein noodles, divided
• 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, undrained
• 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 1 (4 oz) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
• 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
• 1 large onion, sliced
• 1/2 c cashews
• 1 c milk

• Step #1 Sprinkle top half of the chow mein noodles into a greased 13-in.
• Step #2 x 9-in.
• Step #3 x 2-in.
• Step #4 baking dish.
• Step #5 In a bowl, water chestnuts, soups, celery, onion, mix the chicken, milk, mushrooms & cashews.
• Step #6 Spoon over the noodles; top this with remaining noodles.
• Step #7 Bake, uncovered, at 325F degrees F for 35-40 mins or until heated through.
